Not usual: Normally the blood should have cleared from the urine by now, though it could be lingering if the infection was very severe. You should check on the results of the urine culture and the antibiotic should be adjusted as necessary. You should also repeat the urine culture about a week after you finish treatment. Finally, get rechecked if the blood persists.
