May or may not relat: We have to be cautious with that finding. Since it is very low it may not be true hematuria. You would need to get a microscope evaluation of the urine to clarify what the finding is and how many red cells are there. If it is present we worry about infection, kidney stones. inflammation like glomerulonephritis and even tumors but this needs to be evaluated by your physician
