No: Hoarseness may be due to intubation and anesthesia but is not primarily realted to surgery on the temporal lobe.

Hoarseness: The most likely explanation is some swelling of the vocal cords from the tube that went through the during the procedure. If it more than just mild, see an ENT to have your vocal cords evaluated.
