I : I think that the phrase you are seeking is "flight or fight". It represents a situation which occurs when people are very afraid or stressed. With the surge of adrenaline, people gey very keyed up and are prepared to fight or run away. This is more of a description, not a diagnosis. Best wishes.

Fight Flight: I think you mean Fight Flight Freeze response. We all have it but when that response goes on too easily or stay on too long it suggests a possible anxiety disorder. Peace and good health.
