When my daughter was 3 months old she had a head ct scan 5.3 msv was the dose was done at cleveland clinic. did i raise my daughter's chance of cancer from one scan? i will never let anyone do another ct on her. and is that dose low?

It would take many CTs (a hundred or more) to elevate the risk of cancer from the radiation. Your daughter is not at risk, and should not avoid future CTs if necessary for potentially important health problems.
