It : It depends on the reason for the slight bulge in your abdomen. If your abdominal muscles have been stretched and are lax from the pregnancy, then you can strengthen them with toning exercises such as yoga, pilates (they make great videos for these), and simply just sucking in your tummy when walking or climbing hills. You have to be very careful with sit-ups or crunches since they can be harmful to your neck and back and have not been shown to be terribly beneficial. If your tummy bulge is from a little excess fat, then eating a healthy, low-cal diet is the way to go. Good luck!

Cardio Mix: If you have adipose tissue that you'd like to lose then consider an increase in cardio and a balanced diet. However, do not always do the same exercise or you will increase your risks for stress injuries. Mix things up with running, biking, swimming, or circuit training. Ultimately you need to burn more than you consume. Best of luck!
