May cause insomnia: Exercise is very important; however, late exercise, especially if it is vigorous exercise, can cause insomnia (difficulty falling asleep or difficulty staying asleep) because of the higher adrenaline levels (a potent stimulant) that occur because of the exercise activity. If night time exercise is you only choice, light or moderate exercise would be better.
