Exercise...: only works if you do it. My suggestion would be finding the time that you personally are most likely to be consistent with and exercise then. Studies have pointed to the fact that fat oxidation is more stimulated if you work out before breakfast (after a 10-12 hour fast). If you can make it a habit to get up early and work out - go for it! If not, find the time that works for you. Take care.
