That : That is too long to have diarrhea and vomiting and I am worried that after that period of time that dehydration is a possibility. I am glad that you are trying to take sips of fluid. You need to be medically evaluated as it has gone on for that long. If you feel light-headed, have fainted, have a fever, or pain then you must be seen as an emergency.

Avoid dairy: You should go see a doctor and get yourself examine with some bloodwork and a look at your stool microscopically to see if you have an electrolyte imbalance and intestinal infection. Most of these situations involve a viral infection of the intestinal tract, and usually resolve within 1-2 weeks. my favorite diet is called BRAT - bananas, apple, rice, and tea only until diarrhea resolves, good luck
