Was it heavy?: Heavy drinking of anything can result in diarrhea, because of direct toxic effects of alcohol on the gut, as well as damaging the pancreas (which usually results in pain as well). Dairy products of any kind are not good if you have diarrhea. Clear liquids (water, juices like apple or grape), consomme soup (no noodles), jello etc. Is best until diarrhea clears. Pepto bismol and Imodium (loperamide) may help.

Agree with Dr. Wartenburg. Fluids and electrolytes will be helpful. Also, eat the active culture yoghurt after the diarrhea stops to help restore good bacteria in your gut. Probiotic capsules can also be very helpful in restoring the good bacteria. Just get through this and learn from the experience. Most of us have been in your shoes at some point. Cheers! Oops, I mean best wishes. :)
