I : I am so sorry that you are going through all of this. Please let the va know that your medications are not arriving on time, if they are late it as you know you will go through narcotic withdrawal symptoms. Due to your pain and stomach problems you need to see your doctor and let them know your concerns. There are treatments that can help you, you just need to see the right people. There are people who care about you and want you to feel better, please don't give up. Please call the va right away and let them know your concerns.

Question cut off: Your question was cut off- so I don't know what you were going to ask. Thank you for your service. With so little input the only recommendation I can make is to insure that your Veteran's Administration physician is aware of this dysfunction.
