There : There should be no interaction between Azithromycin and sudafed so yes you can be on both medications.

Congestion: Hello, yes you can take Azithromycin and sudafed together. They may work in a complimentary fashion for a nasal/sinus infection. You may want to add a saline nasal irrigation too. Hope this helps.
