A : A 2mm stone will generally pass without the need for intervention but it may also have grown in size over 2 months and now may not pass, or you could have developed new ones. You should see your doctor and get a repeat ct scan to reevaluate the size and location. If you can't get to your doctor, and you are in pain go to the emergency department.

If still 2 mm should: Pass on its own, but will be painful. Please see your doctor for proper treatment. If pain is bad, please go to the nearest emergency department. Probably do not need another ct over the short interval - even if the stone has grown, it will not be much. A kidney and bladder ultrasound may be helpful to evaluate for a blockage of a ureter and might find a stone.
