There : There are many doctors that can assess you: your regular doctor, your fiance's gynecologist and some urologists can provide you with a kit to test a man's fertility. These kits may also be available otc, but can be costly (in the $100 range). It would be most prudent for you both to see your fiance's gynecologist and advise him/her that you would both like your fertility tested. Your fiance is also a little older and may need her fertility tested as well. Also, for best results, it will be essential for you both to observe healthy life styles and for your fiance to begin prenatal care and supplements so that her body can be a healthy environment for a baby to grow in.

Urology MD: Your first and best option is a Urologist who specializes in fertility issues. A second choice is a Family MD who is familiar with interpreting a sperm analysis.
