We : We need much more information to give you advice. Did you injure your knee previously or recently? How old are you? Have you had similar episodes in the past? Etc... Ultimately, you should probably go and see a doctor for an evaluation.

Get examined: There are many causes of knee pain so see an orthopaedic surgeon and get a good exam and x-rays. You may then need an MRI to look for a meniscus tear as well.
