Knee pain: Whether or not you have pain is what you feel, regardless of blood pressure. You can be in pain with normal blood pressure. It sounds like the important thing is your knee. See a doctor of the pain and swelling continues. Do it immediately if pain is severe, if the joint area is red and inflamed, or if you have fever. Good luck.
