Twisted knee & fell on it, top inside is swollen and hurts to put pressure on, bend, & touch.?

Knee injury: Sounds as though you may have damaged both outside & inside of joint: medial collateral ligament; possibly meniscus &/or cruciate ligament internally. Use ice, compression (ace bandage), elevate to reduce swelling, NSAID (if you can take them) for pain & inflammation, & make appointment with fp/sports medicine doc/orthopedic specialist or even er if knee very unstable.

See a doctor: It is likely that a ligament is torn. An orthopedist can evaluate and determine appropriate treatment.
