Hand : Hand hygiene is the best way to prevent infection. Wash your hands often! also, taking vitamins and eating a nutritious diet help keep your immune system healthy and ready to fight infection. There are also products/enhanced vitamin supplements out there that you can take if you believe you have been exposed that can help decrease the strength of the virus and your symptoms. Another great way to protect yourself and others around you is to get the flu vaccine this season. Good luck!

Common Colds: Keep your hands well washed. Use hand sanitizers to kill germs. Stay away from people who are ill. Wash your hands before touching your mouth, eyes or nose. Elect to use paper towels instead of shared cloth towels. Keep surfaces in your home disinfected. Avoid being with someone who has a cold/ upper respiratory tract infection.
