Possible allergies: Allergies can have symptoms that look like a cold(sneezing, runny nose, cough, fatigue) If you improve after 7-10 days then it is probably a cold. Some people can average 5-7 colds per year. Mostly during winter months. There are no remedies that are proven to prevent colds better than simple hand washing. If you have a job where you exposed to many people or kids, you have more risk.
