We have a trampoline in the backyard, what rules should be we have?

One at a time: Like the aap, i strongly discourage the use of trampolines, because they are associated with many serious injuries. If parents insist upon owning one, i advise them to only allow one jumper at a time, under constant parental supervision.

Get rid: of the trampoline. The AAP recommends you not have one due to the serious injuries associated even with careful use. Please see the following link for details http://www.healthychildren.org/English/safety-prevention/at-play/Pages/Trampolines-What-You-Need-to-Know.aspx Common injuries include: Broken bones (Sometimes surgery is needed.) Concussions and other head injuries Sprains/strains Bruises, scrapes, and cuts Head and neck injuries (which can lead to permanent paralysis or death)
