Stop drinking: The alcholol may be the rrason for the elevation. Would cut back or even stop drinking if you can. Have your folate (folic acid) level checked.

AST is normal at 23, ALT slightly elevated at 42, B12 at 1183, folate and others normal. CA 125 was normal at 9. (Did drink alcohol 4 days prior to blood work, but typically drink once a week). Are these levels indicative of cancer?
