Manage your thyroid: MCV in this range and with the untreated hypothryoidism that you acknowledge that you have in your list of clinical findings pretty much screams, "Hypothyroidism." Please take care of it. Any second-year medical student will tell you the same thing. Also trusting you're not abusing alcohol.
