Cramping : Cramping can be normal as the body is changing/ligaments attached to the uterus are stretching. If the pain becomes severe or does not subside it is always ok to get your doctor involved and let him/her know to recieve direction. Better safe than sorry!

Pain pregnancy: If your ultrasound shows a viable pregnancy in the uterus, most commonly due to stretching of supporting ligaments. However should see an obstetrician to make sure no other issues.
