Normal: Cramping and nausea in the first trimester of pregnancy can be normal. Severe cramping may not be. You are likely around 6 weeks pregnant. If you are not having vaginal bleeding, it's likely everything is okay, but make an appointment to see your doctor so you can get some medication for the nausea and have an ultrasound to evaluate your pregnancy.
