Any fruit juice: Most drinks are low in protein.Dried fruits, especially apricots, raisins and currants have the highest protein content though these are still relatively low in protein value. Vegetables, especially beans, are relatively high in protein value so be careful of smoothies and even v8 type juices.Milk and other dairy products have relatively high protein. Most soda alcohol contains very little protein.
