Hi, i'm 37 weeks pregnant this week, its a second day having pains like contractions but no discharge comes out when i'm experiencing the pains but some time i've a clear mucus discharge when the pains are gone, should i worry about it?

37w pregnant ?'s: At 37 weeks, pre-labor contractions can occur which can be painful. See your OB physician to make sure your membranes have not ruptured. At 37 weeks, even if labor begins, the fetus should be fine. If your membranes are ruptured, infection is more likely.
