Maybe: You will get used to it quicker if you use it every night. If you feel you can skip a night, next you wil be skipping two nights and then three. If the air pressure feels like it is too high, you might see a dentist who is trained in dental sleep medicine who may combine it with an oral appliance that advances the lower jaw and opens the airway.
