The : The size of your breast is only one aspect of your bra size- you must also take into account your chest wall diameter. Depending upon how much of your "36" is breast and how much is due to your chest wall, that will determine what your final bra size would be. It is bes to think not in terms of a particular bra size, but what looks good on your body- what is proportionate to your frame.

Yes: A breast reduction will decrease the cup size (a, b, c, d, etc...). The number is the length of the bra band, and this usually does not change with breast reduction. A full consultation is important to determine if you are a good candidate. If under 18, parental consent is necessary.

Possibly: You can definitely decrease in size. It may be difficult to go from a 36 to a 32 as this is your chest wall circumference.

Weight loss: The breast is made up of glands and fat. If you are overweight weight loss will reduce the breast size. A well fitted bra may also help with your discomfort, ask to be fitted by a bra specialist to be sure you are wearing the correct size. If the breasts have stopped growing you may be a candidate for breast reduction.
