Depends: If it is a cyst, which is fluid-filled, usually nothing. If it is causing pain, then an aspiration can be performed. If it is a solid mass, it is most likely a fibroadenoma (I have several posts on this topic). Unless it is large, we don't do anything with them. If it is a large fibroadenoma, then it is usually removed surgically. find a breast surgeon in your area for evaluation
