No!: Topical corticosteroids inhibit cellular immunity, just exactly the wrong thing for yeast, because it thereby promotes yeast growth, even though its antimflamatory
properties make you feel better. Treat yeast with an antifungal after a certain diagnosis has been achieved at your doc's office.

Agree that best to avoid topical steroids with yeast. You can use it sparingly in addition to anti-yeast prescription but only as a rescue
