i have joint pain in my hips and in my left leg muscles and knees .what could be the cause of this? the legs pain hurts mainly when i lay on it.

Leg pain: Sounds like sciatica/referred pain. May be hip arthritis or synovitis. Check with your orthopedic surgeon. Get imaging.
