Periodically twitching entire body comes and goes, pain started right calf then, thigh pain moved into left thigh too. I have bad posture & clasped arches. Always tired! Legs feel heavy. Are these symptoms of ALS? Blood muscle test was good. Thank U

I had a posterior appr. TRHR 3.9.2015. I had a bursectomy 12.2017. Since then, my hip & outer thigh muscle pain still exists. I've had steroid shots that worked for a short time, but now do not work. Left leg is now primary & now Lhip hurts. Advice?
