It : It sounds like you must have had a prior ENT evaluation as it appears that you have the diagnosis of nodules. If you are having persistent hoarseness it would be prudent to contact the ENT physician again. Persistent hoarseness can be a sign of overuse of the voice (for example in individuals who have to talk loudly or often on their jobs), but can also be caused by other, more serious concerns, and the ENT may need to perform a scope or other testing to further evaluate your symptoms.
