See an ENT: Hi, you should have your symptoms evaluated by an Ear/Nose/Throat specialist to make these nodules aren't progressing and hurting your vocal chords. Additionally, you should either see your primary care physician or an endocrinologist to continue to monitor the nodules. Hope this helps!

What would cause my voice to be hoarse at random times? It also feels as if I'm breathing through a straw at times. Also feels like my throat and neck are constantly tight. I also get these throat spasms that make it hard to breathe and swallow.

I have had an ultra sound n it says a homogenous isoechoic nodule measures3.4x4mm is seen inferomedial to right lobe of thyroid ?
