Yes: Having BPH (regardles of whether or not it causes symptoms) will not interfere with a colonoscopy or make the procedure have increased risk.

Yes: Your prostate is outside of the colon and rectum and will not cause difficulty with a colonoscopy.

Yes: Any risk from colonoscopy is no different in people with normal sized prostates than in people with enlarged prostate. A flexible instrument is used.
