Remember : Remember lifestyle lift = little results. Please make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Mini : Mini facelifts, like the lifestyle lift, work best in the cheek area, and may not work so well to correct a really saggy neck. This problem may require a standard face/neck lift in order to get a nice result. Best to see a board-certified plastic surgeon about this. The recovery may be quicker from the mini facelift, because less is done...So there's often less of a result.
