Continue: To get periodic evaluation by echocardiograms. Hard to say if it will or won't progress as everyone is different. The amount of aortic valve regurgitation is not significant presently.

May: At 33 you can certainly go on to develop aortic valve and aorta changes associated with "connective tissue disorders" of which Marfan's is on one end of the spectrum. I would recommend an echo every few years.
