Firstis : Firstis the skin tag growing? Is it bleedding? Any skin lession this size should be seen by a physcian and possible be removed.

Hmmmmmmm: Skin tags have small bases. They are pedunculated. A widely based skin lesion is not a skin tag. Any skin growth greater than 1 centimeter, or that is changing, should be checked by a dermatologist. Btw a dime is larger than a centimeter.
