Gas : Gas is normal and healthy. The more fiber you eat, the more gas you will produce. Sometimes what you think is gas is not, so if your symptoms are intrusive you should be seen by a doctor.

Digestion: You likely lack enzymes necessary to digest the food. I have no vested interest in this product but do recommend "digest extra" sold at the vitamin shoppe. It has all the enzymes your body needs for food breakdown and usually does the trick.
