heart, are separate from the stomach and intestinal tract. Gas in the stomach will cause the bubbling sensation, but is not in the heart.

Gas in the stomach will not cause air embolism. We all have gas in the stomach and it is normal. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
