Blood vessels and : heart, are separate from the stomach and intestinal tract. Gas in the stomach will cause the bubbling sensation, but is not in the heart.

Agree with Dr. B: Gas in the stomach will not cause air embolism. We all have gas in the stomach and it is normal.
