Unfortunately, : Unfortunately, there are no proven medications, vitamins, or eye drops to reverse cataracts. I have never seen eye drops or medications reverse cataracts. There are life style modifications that you can do to slow the progression of cataracts, such as proper nutrition, avoid smoking, and control your blood sugar if you have diabetes.

Cataract : Cataract is a by product of aging. And as such it is impossible to reverse the cataract development and progression just as you can not reverse aging. However, you can slow down the progression by avoiding uv radiation and staying healthy by eating well (vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidents). Patients who are exposed to strong uv radiations (ie, people living near the equator) tend to develop cataracts 10~20 years sooner. For this reason, sunglasses are strongly recommended.
