Vitamins from food: Vitamin pills aren't the answer for everything, and are not a real replacement for healthy food and living well. Too many people believe they can just 'pop' a vitamin and stay healthy -when it actually takes alot of work to stay healthy (discipline with foods, exercise, avoiding smoking/toxins in the environment, getting 8hrs sleep at night etc). Follow with a Primary MD to optimize your health.
