Better!: Most people who have their gallbladder removed have no side effects; about one-in-five will get (transient) diarrhea associated with fatty food intake. Even in the worst-case scenario, meds can be used to control this, albeit rarely necessary. Most importantly, you will never get a gallbladder attack again! good luck.
