?????: If you are planning on nursing it would clearly be best to wait before considering breast lift surgery. You will usually see recurrent sag after pregnancy and nursing. Why waste your money.

Breast lift: Unfortunately, there is no way to predict how your breasts will hold up through breast feeding after a breast lift. Some women will have their breasts return to normal size and shape while others will need to re-do their lift or add an implant. If you predict breast feeding in the near future, it is better to hold-off on your lift until you are done.

Varies.: Given that there is no way to accurately predict how a woman's breasts will react to pregnancy and/or breast-feeding, i suggest my patients wait until after completing pregnancies (if planned in the relatively near future) before undergoing breast surgery. Doing so, and achieving a long-term stable weight, will help minimize chances that additional surgery will become necessary. Best wishes.
