Likely no problem.: Folate (folic acid) in the rbcs is a test done to see if a person is folate (folic acid) deficient. For pregnant women, this could mean neural tube defects in the newborn if it is low, and megaloblastic anemia and malnutrition in adults. Your levels are well above the adult range of 150-450 ng/ml/cells (340-1020 nmol/l/cells), and you should have nothing to worry about. It is water soluable and excesss is urinated out.
