Most, 1-3 days...: Most adult females' UTI will respond well to taking common antibiotics within 1-3 days after taking it; roughly, 70-80% of times, but few may be slower, but it is okay as long as slowly and surely getting better day by day, you can wait out and check urine in 2 weeks for confirmation. If not improving as expected, suspect antibiotics-resistant uti, urine culture should be done for selecting right.
