Yes: This sound very likely to be a UTI. The symptoms of UTI include the following: frequency, urgency, dysuria and suprapubic pain. Infections can get worse and cause fever, vomiting and back pain. This is usually associated with an ascending infection. Some degree of bleeding can happen with UTI.
