Injury or infection: You may have a small abrasion injury from picking or scratching the area, or an oil gland may have become plugged and infected. But i'm just guessing; someone should look at it directly and find out for sure.

Bump in ear: Perhaps it is an infection e.g. Pimple . Try antibiotic ointment. If it does not clear you may have to see your doctor.
