??? Lymph node: Sounds like a lymph node which can get larger and smaller normally. Only an exam can give you a better idea, if a Dr. touches it him/her self. These normally feel rubbery, and move around a little bit. Best not to always rub it as this can make it stay enlarged.

It would be best to have your Doctor examine the lump to give you a thorough diagnosis and recommend treatment. You may want to see a Dermatologist. If you don't need treatment then you will be reassured knowing this.
