Lymph node?: This could be a lymph node, or it could be a small abscess. Over the internet, it is impossible to tell. See your doctor, who can examine it and give an accurate diagnosis and proper treatment. Hope this helps!

Bump: A swollen lymph node would be most likely problem, but could be cyst , sebaceous most likely, fibroma or lipoma. Get checked.
